Company Responsibilities

RENT COLLECTIONS
  • It shall be done efficiently, and dues remitted to the principal’s account by the 10th of every month.

  • Tenants shall pay rent to the company’s account number before the above-mentioned date.

LETTING

The company shall use both digital and referral marketing methods to ensure shorter vacant periods, including hanging banners at its own cost.

RENOVATION AND MAINTENANCE
  • Our company shall ensure renovations are well done after vacation to maintain the premises properly.

  • The agent shall lay down rules and regulations for tenants during their stay to minimize damages.

EVICTIONS

It is obvious that some tenants may default on payments. Evictions shall be carried out on behalf of the principal, with proper consultations before execution.

ACCOUNTABILITY TESTS
  • Statements shall be provided every 11th of the month.

  • After verification by the principal on the 12th and 13th, the final statements shall be completed on the 15th.v
